About the Owner
Amanda Bonilla
Amanda is an accomplished leader with 17 years of experience in higher education and consulting. A proud first-generation college graduate of Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage, she has held leadership roles at institutions like Indiana University, Clemson University, and Ivy Tech Community College. Amanda is the owner of ICN Solutions, a minority-women-owned firm specializing in community engagement and talent optimization. Her work has earned her numerous accolades, including IBJ’s 40 Under 40 and the Indy Chamber’s Advocacy in the Latino Community Award. Deeply committed to service, she serves on several nonprofit boards and is a published author and sought-after speaker and facilitator.
